Pottery Barn’s Flynn Recycled Glass Pendant made of recycled mouth-blown glass and is a Pottery Barn Best Seller. It features a warbled shape, modern farmhouse style, and comes in two sizes and three colors (black, gold, and silver).

I found similar domed glass pendants on Amazon, World Market, Wayfair, and Overstock; they all feature a vintage style, teardrop shape, and come in a variety of finishes.
